We are very sorry, but we have decided that we will have to close Manakin Market this week (Saturday, October 3rd) due to one of our vendors testing positive for COVID-19. We have asked all of our vendors who had exposure to this vendor on September 26th to get tested, and...out of an overabundance of caution...we just feel that it would be safer to go ahead and close. Please come back and support us (with your masks on) on Saturday, October 10th. Masks will be mandatory for the remainder of the season. If you don't have one, we have plenty, so come any way and we will happily give you a nice reusable cloth mask.
This has been a particularly difficult season, and we are all struggling, and of course this is not what we WANT to do. We care about YOU, and all of your families and loved ones, and we want all of you to be safe.
